Homeware Shopping Haul
It’s that time of the year again, the summer sales. I don’t normally shop or grab myself a bargain, as I feel there isn’t anything I like or want enough to buy. This is a great time though if you are professional sale shopper or bargain hunter.
As mentioned in my last blog post ‘Two Suppers One Brunch’ I did a little bit of shopping at Anthropologie Regent Street Store London. Anthropologie is one of those retail stores you can easily spend a few hours browsing in. But we were aware that our shopping clock was ticking, as we only had a few moments after the shop had closed to do a mad dash around the Regent’s Street Store. With a glass of wine in one hand and my boyfriend following me around the store with our shopping basket, we began deciding what we wanted to purchase for our home. More mint and white green bowls found in the sale. As if we needed any more bowls.
In the Shopping Basket
No surprise, every time I go into any Anthropologie store, without fail I always head on over straight for the lifestyle books and magazines section. I have been loving the industrial warehouse look for home interior design ideas and have been pinning ideas similar on my ‘Interior Design’ Pinterest board.
My boyfriend has been creating a mini herb garden on our kitchen window ledge, we were looking for plant posts that not only looked good but waterproof. Due to the time restrictions at the store, we sadly couldn’t see any we wanted to buy. But I’m sure we will be returning soon.
Have you been to any summer sales? Where have you shopped and what bargains did get?
